Hiring us means letting people you have not met into every room of your house, and trusting them with things you could not replace. There is no way to check any of that in advance. You decide on faith, and then you find out.
 

So we built the checking into the work. Every box is color-coded to its destination room and itemized before it is sealed, so you can find the kettle without opening nine boxes. Every system we build in a house that is staying put is labeled and walked through with you, so it still holds after we have gone. Every job has one named lead who is accountable to you from the first walk-through to the last shelf. And every move ends with your bed made, because the first night in a new house is the one that decides how the whole move felt.
 

None of that depends on which of us turns out to be standing in your hallway. The standard is written down and every lead works to it.
